Implications of the recent measurements of θ₁₃

Recently T2K experiment has announced a measurement of the mixing angle θ₁₃.This measurement leads us to re-evaluate our expectations from future experiments. In particular, there is a possibility that presently approved experiments will be able to measure leptonic CP violation and determine neutrino mass hierarchy. I will cover these issues and also discuss what it means for INO.
