From Re = 10-6 to Re = 106, with non-Newtonian and Newtonian liquids

I will describe (for the first 10 minutes) work carried out during 2001-2007 on Newtonian fluid turbulence. In the next 15 minutes, I will describe studies carried out during 2008-2009 with non-Newtonian liquids/solids. I will conclude with a brief discussion (5 minutes) of my future research plans.
