Recently LHCb and CDF experiments have reported the difference of CP asymmetries between D0 → K+K- and D0 →π+ π-, which deviates from the Standard Model by ∼ 3 σ. This is the first evidence of CP violation in mesons containing charm quark. A phenomenological analysis of available data for D0 - D̄0 mixing and the above decay processes will be presented.
