Differential modular forms

Differential modular forms are obtained by applying the arithmetic p-jet space functor (adjoint to the p-typical Witt vector functor) to the ring of p-adic modular forms. Differential modular forms are useful to solve certain Diophantine problems. I will explain how the concept of differential modular forms can be generalized to totally real fields.
