Description
The advent of the Internet and mobile technologies has created a paradigm shift in the banking industry. While the transactions have become cashless as well as borderless, there is a growing customer demand for multi-channel and cross-channel access. The motto of developing this retail banking software was “Run the Bank and Change the Bank” – there was the additional challenge of “co-existence” with the bank’s existing system apart from the usual attributes of any financial system: security and scalability. About Dr. Hemant Adarkar: Dr Hemant Adarkar is an IT professional with experience in system development, architecture, technology consulting, outsourcing and off-shoring. He has contributed to mSign and OASIS technical committees. A TOGAF Certified Enterprise Architect, Hemant is a member of system and technology committee of the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange (NCDEX).
