We present our results on the calculations of QCD scale and strong
coupling constant with dynamical charm from ghost-gluon coupling in
Landau gauge. High degree of control over lattice artefacts allow us to
extract the Wilson Coefficient in the OPE expansion and obtain stable
results using a wide range of momenta.
