Chern-Simon terms, Noether Charge and Entanglement entropy

I will begin with a review of Wald's Noether charge method to assign Black hole entropy with a special focus on pure and mixed gravitational Chern-Simons(CS) terms. I will then describe how this method can be applied to Black hole solutions found in arXiv:1311.2940 to reproduce the parity odd Cardy formula of the dual CFT.
