Description
A $\mathbb {Q}$-homology plane is by definition a smooth affine algebraic surface $X$ such that $h_i(X;\mathbb {Q})=(0)$ for $i>0. We shall talk about the classification of smooth affine algebraic surfaces $z^n=f(x,y)$ which are $\mathbb {Q}$-homology plane.
