The Department of Theoretical Physics (DTP) announces a one-day national workshop on Quantum Computing and Information -- an important area of current research both from the point of view of basic research as well as practical applications. The programme consists of short presentations by leading researchers in the national scene who will each present an overview of the burning issues and future directions the area is likely to take.
