Description

I will discuss aspects of the propagation of pions near the crossover in real time. Lattice measurement of current correlations can give us the Euclidean pionic properties. The analytic continuation of these properties to Minkowski is subtle. In particular, I will show in a simple example, how the mass and the pion decay constant extracted from the lattice may not simply go overto real time. (Work in progress with Sourendu Gupta.)
