The study of asymptotic symmetries in odd dimensional Minkowski spacetime has been difficult due to the non-analytic structure of fields near null infinity (in odd dimensions). We study the non-analytic terms and show that once the dust settles, the relationship between soft theorems and asymptotic symmetries continues to hold in odd dimensions as well.
