James will talk about the challenges of programming for multi-core, and lay out criteria for making the best decisions that will lead to success. James will provide a comprehensive overview of abstractions, functional (and non-functional) languages, and other scaling techniques that every developer must know when introducing, enhancing and perfecting apps to scale reliably. He will also answer any challenges user are facing while scaling their code.
