We design and demonstrate subwavelength dielectric metasurfaces and nanoantennas with high values of the quality factor (Q factor) made of III–V semiconductors. We observe room temperature nanolasing from III-V semiconductor metasurfaces and five-photon upconversion photoluminescence in the visible spectral range from the nanoantennas.
