Description
We have investigated the band structure and Fermi surfaces of Fe pnictides superconductors using angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy (ARPES). The photon energy dependence of ARPES spectra has revealed their dependences on momentum perpendicular to the sample surface and hence their three-dimensional (3D) character. The 3D character was found to depend on the orbital character of the energy band as well as on the band filling, and to become very strong in some cases. 1) W. Malaeb et al., J. Phys. Soc.
