Abstract: Toric varieties are equivariant compactifications of algebraic
torus and they come equipped with a rich combinatorial structure.
Equivariant vector bundles over toric varieties have a combinatorial
classification in terms of some linear algebra data. In this talk, we
discuss positivity and semi stability of equivariant vector bundles over
toric varieties.
