The 39th International Cosmic Ray Conference (ICRC 2025) was held in Geneva, Switzerland, from 15–24 July 2025. The conference brought together ~1200 participants and with ~1500 scientific contributions. The sessions spanned eight broad research areas: Cosmic Ray Direct Measurements, Cosmic Ray Indirect Measurements, Gamma-Ray Astrophysics, Neutrino Astronomy and Physics, Gravitational Waves and Multi-Messenger Astrophysics, Dark Matter Physics, Solar and Heliospheric Physics, and Outreach and Education. The GRAPES-3 collaboration contributed 13 presentations on different sessions. In this seminar, I will provide a comprehensive overview of the cosmic ray sessions, summarizing recent advances reported by major international experiments. Emphasis will be placed on the latest results concerning the cosmic ray energy spectrum, mass composition, and anisotropy, along with the key findings from the GRAPES-3 experiment.
