Moving from Physics to Biology: the Upsides, Downsides & Unexpected Sides

My move from Theoretical Physics to Biology has exposed me to quite a few significant differences between the disciplines. I try to describe some of these and to point out the aspects of this momentous move that were gratifying and those which I found frustrating. I assume basic knowledge of Biology, but will try to explain things in a way that will be understandable to a Physics audience as well. While the talk may be perceived as provocative by some, I do promise that it will not be boring!
